Continence Foundation of Australia in NSW Inc. (CFA NSW) service the Nepean, Hawkesbury, Blue Mountains areas under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP).  We offer a part-time clinical service funded by the Federal Government.

CFA NSW brings this service to your home or our local Hawkesbury clinic.
Our service is able to assist the over 65s who have incontinence.  Incontinence is loss of bladder or bowel control.

CFA NSW can also assist with general enquiries and where to seek help.

Continence Foundation of Australia in NSW Inc. will then contact you for an appointment.
